This survey appears as a descriptive study of the relationship between the teacher’s satisfaction and them job and also the link between the teacher’s difficulties and their activities (out pout). In fact, the following study aims at stating the main obstacles which provide the dissatisfaction. As a result, there will be an impact on their practice. The given research consists of ; an introduction, objectives and theories which were taken from some references and sources. However, we used some tools in our investigation like the questionnaire. So, we gave the opportunity to nearly a hundred teachers of secondary schools. To answer our ques ons in 3 willayas; Mostaganem, Tissemsilt and Tlemcen which were chosen among 42 schools. After analysing the results, we’ve led to a reality that there is a big influence of the background on the working satisfaction and the activities. This is due to the bad conditions at work which provide a psychological exhaust to the teachers.
