| Abstract | ||
| Abstract The aim of study is to analyze effect of federal budget deficit (BD) on Iraqi tread balance (TB) in the short and long term. It focuses to test the hypothesis of Ricardian Equivalence - there is no relationship between the two variables - and Keynesian Proposition - a causal relationship positive budget deficit towards the tread balance - as well as test alternative hypothesis for Kiswani,2000. I have been using quarterly data for the period ( 2003-2011) with modern econometric methods of time series : unit root , co integration and Granger causality . To reach a clear understanding of any kind of economic policies are given priority, to support the path of economic development process | ||
