| The role of research centers in the developing the efficiency of their staff . Mosul university as an example . The research was carried out on five research centers belong to the university of mosul to explore the role of these centers in the increasing the efficiency of their research workers . The writer made direct interviews with the heads of these centers aiming to diagnose and highlight the obstacles that may face the research workers in these centers.At research workers in these centers . At the same time questionnaires were distributed among the research workers themselves concerning these obstacles . The results revealed that the developing of the efficiency of the workers depends primarily on the capacity and interest of the researchers themselves and the role of these centers is to offer advices and help for the solution of some problems and obstacles | ||
