Abstract
The research aims to use the exercises skill especially the effectiveness of this exercise in the development of motor abilities in boxers novices, the researcher used the experimental method with the same group, the sample included a players club challenge of boxing, who are (10) players have been selected in the manner intentional due to the cooperation of the Department club and coach with the researcher, the research problem have included the low level in some capacity for motor novice boxers, tests have been used by professors nominated experts and specialists, and after using the appropriate statistical methods to the conclusions of the researcher, including: 1 - Exercise special skill proved its effectiveness because of the high moral differences that emerged between the test results before and after. 2 - Appropriate exercise of the skill players ages contributed to the applied correctly and appropriately and that helped a lot in the development of motor skills for junior boxers. One of the main recommendations: 1 - Follow the scientific method when choosing a unit training exercise with the observance of the nature and characteristics of the player and taking into account individual Mbd training. 2 - Choose the appropriate exercise of the stage performance of the possibility of age properly and that helps in the development of motor skills in boxing.
