Abstract
Burnout with basketball coaches in the province of Diwaniya M. M. Included a sample search on the instructors class Applicants and young people, and numbered (20) as coach, the researcher used measure of symptoms of burnout to coach sports and was the most important conclusions reached by the researcher is the lack of significant differences in the degree of burnout of the scale as a whole between the coaches of applicants, young people and can be distinguish youth coaches as they are more exposed to the combustion of psychological variables in mental fatigue and physical exhaustion, lack of personal accomplishment.
