| The agreement on the woman's ransom that it is half the man's ransom is silent consensus, and the most preferred of legists speeches is the agreement must has a base, and it has been seen through research that the base on this agreement was a weak base ,whether what it has been added to the Prophet's (PUH) or others in exception of our master the Caliph (Othman) (GPUH),and the most preferable for the legists that the speech of the Prophet's friend does not consider a consensus as it is ,and when it followed the speech proofs that the woman's ransom half the man's ransom ,it showed that those proofs was not right as it has been seen in between the search during the proofs conversation ,whether the weak transferred or does not agree with the plausibility, and the search concluded that the woman's ransom in the person and under the person is the same of the man's ransom in less and much . | ||
