| Abstract | ||
| This work was conducted in 2009 to 2010 to extracted and purification of some alkaloids compound( Psilocin, psilocybin and Baeocystin) from Mushroom( Psilocybe bohemica ) and the content of these compounds were done by Uv-Spectrophotometer at 250 nm , This study include alcohol extraction by using four types of Solvents ( ethanol ,methanol , ethanol +methanol and Acetic acid). Dragendorff and Mayer method were used to test alkaloids. The result revealed that , the high value of psilocybin were found in methanol solvent in compare with other alkaloids compounds, and showed that increased in Psilocin contents in mixture of methanol + ethanol) solvents in compare with other alkaloids compounds, and decreased in Baeocystin contents in all solvents . | ||
