| Abstract | ||
| An experiment was conducted to determine the activity of Urease enzyme in vivo and in vitro in Leaves , Seeds of Datura metel linn and Datura innoxia mill and in leaves callus induced from leaves by using MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D and BA at concentrations of 1 mg/L each and to compare activity of Urease between callus, leaves and seeds in mother plant. Result revealed that there were an decrease the activity of Urease enzyme in callus induced from leaves compare with the activity of these enzymes in leaves and seeds in parent plant .Result also showed the superiority of Datura innoxia on Datura metel in leaves and seeds Urease enzyme activity . The data illustrated that the superiority of Datura metel leaves callus on leaves callus of Datura innoxia Urease enzyme activity .Also, the alkaloids content were decrease with an increase in enzyme activity in leaves and seeds of tow type of Datura , and the data showed that increase of alkaloids content in callus induced from leaves and illustrated that the superiority of Datura innoxia on Datura metel in alkaloids content . | ||
