| This paper deals with the term feminism in modern studies, its history, and the contributions of various western and Arabic writers to this trend, notably, Virginia Woolf and Nawal Al-Sadawi. The paper trace their personal careers that contributed greatly to the rise of feminism in their fictional writings. The paper focuses on two texts by these novelists; Woolf's An Unfinished Story and Al-Sadawi's A Female Doctor's Memoirs. | ||
