Abstract
The decision of the family purchasing is a big impact in the family stability or not , and therefore its impact on the society, and there are environmental factors that take the main role in purchasing behavior without the other , and be strong pressure towards buying Decision .The research was to shed light on these criteria, whether economic, or social, or civil factors as restrictions in the purchase decision-making and the extent of its response to this restrictions. The research problem was no clear vision of the Iraqi family about the size of the impact of environmental forces in the purchase decision. The importance of research have emerged from the importance of the subject itself ,because it effects the pattern of family life and the reflection of this pattern and behavior on society as a whole . The sample size of the research was thirty randomly selected household from different regions of Babylon city. The conclusions of this research was significant impact of environmental factors in the community through seminars and conference organized by the university or the state or civil society institutions and the use of communication channels such as television ,radio, newspapers , magazines and the internet to educate the community about good planning for the use of family income and how to deal with difficult situations .
