| The research marked (the right of return for Palestinian refugees in international law of human rights) issue very important and relevant after an internal, regional and international issue of Palestinian refugees were and still one of the outstanding issues in the peace process is supposed between Israel and the Palestinians, an issue involving the suffering of most Arab countries, especiallyneighbor like (Lebanon, Syria and Jordan ....) and which the Palestinians resorted to it when forcibly displaced when the declaration of the state of Israel in 1948 and the occupation of the territory.Has been the focus in the search for the right of return in the international law of human rights as a law internationalist nominal and agreed upon by most of the world, including Israel, and to surround it has been built search on six main axes first of them out concepts search either the second devoted to research in the history of the case and the thirdclass of refugees and Search quarter in Israeli attitudes to return and V touched on the right of return in public international law and sixth touched on the right of return in the international law of human rights has been accompanied by a set of conclusions and recommendations. | ||
