Abstract
Occupies after driving in the performance of organizations critical to the concerns of businessmen and intellectuals administrators at both practical and academic has taken this interest is increasing in the present day with the increasing complexity of the external environment for organizations and distinguish change steadily variables which cause multiple types of crises become so these crises attribute characteristic of the modern era, so became organizations in dire need of highly influential leaders in the face of these crises. This search has come a modest contribution to finalize the impact of leadership in an organization's vital Suggestions for the Website which (Directorate General of the Ministry of Electricity) as This research aims to identify the extent of the impact of the leaders of the Ministry of Electricity in the Republic of Iraq in the face of various crises by identifying over deal these leaders with crisis management strategies and its stages (detect early warning signals, preparedness and prevention, containment and limit the damage, restore the activity, learning). So we hope that the results of this research to identify the extent of the impact of the leaders of the Ministry of Electricity in the face of crises and discover the most important strengths and weaknesses that contribute in the face of crises through proposals researcher which we hope will be taken into consideration as a strategy in the face of crises in this ministry and other organizations work similar also hope that the results of this research to other future studies covering aspects not covered in our research.
