Abstract
Research Summary Reluctance of burnout with the basketball coaches in Iraq sections, namely Part I Provided and the importance of research: - touched by the researchers to identify the importance of the concept and symptoms of burnout and its role in influencing the basketball coaches. Research problem: - that the coaches of the most vulnerable to the pressures and influences that fall on the shoulders of basketball coaches in Iraq, to the number of games per season and convergence of levels of difference. Aim of the research: - recognize the symptoms of burnout with the basketball coaches and sports coach approaching the degree of combustion. Impose Search: - There is a statistically significant link to a reluctance of burnout in coaches basketball in Iraq. Part II Theoretical studies have included: - the personal characteristics of sports coach, and the reluctance of burnout Part III Research Methodology: - Use descriptive way researchers approach Mlamth survey of the research problem. Sample: - included a sample search (25) coach of the basketball coaches out of (40) coach. The researcher used the research tools, the scale of the symptoms of combustion of the sports coach, this measure is designed Mohammad Hassan Allawi. Part IV After statistical processing of information is displayed in seven tables of results after the exhaustion of mental and emotional and physical exhaustion and lack of sporting achievement and after changing to the worst table and the correlation coefficient of each axis with the axes of the questionnaire total score of the questionnaire. Then discuss the results were based on a scientific formula to scientific sources that point to it.
