| Abstract | ||
| The prevalence of injuries in sports phenomenon requires attention to all workers in the field of sports. Despite considerable progress in various medical and sports science and new methods of treatment and using the latest equipment and the provision of experts and specialists in sports injuries, but injuries still widespread and threaten performance. Recalling both (John wolimz 1976) and (estrace 1979) that injuries occur in varying proportions during learning or training or competitions due to the movements of the player himself or friction with the competitor, sports injuries Vary in form and nature from the shoulder and depending on the nature of the sports activity and quality practices despite all precautionary measures in the field of sports to prevent (and, or) reduce injuries during training or matches, we note the high rate heh injuries continuously due to the intensity of competition and enthusiasm to try to reach the best levels. thus increasing incidence and recurrence of a serious phenomenon and deserves serious study waltmhaz flour.
