| This study addresses placed monitoring and evaluation of actual achievements realized from the projects the construction sector compared to what is planned from developmental goals placed within Five Year Development Plan 2010-2012, in order to make an assessment of the mid-term and reconsider priorities of investment projects in response to variables and local and regional conditions and international laborto formulate visions and messages and objectives of modern strategy for the subsequent five-year plan 2013-2017. | ||
