Abstract
Of the process of training of great importance in the field of sports and all sporting events where the development can not only be through the Platform for scientific thoughtful. And take the numbers in football figured large in creating the requirements of the training process of the preparation of physical and skilled and my plans and myself and this process must have an assessment of to reach the highest international levels. The development of tactical performance when the players through the practical application of the tests that will lead to the knowledge of the level from which the coach can stand on their levels. And development phases of the tactical performance by monitoring the performance skills and the need to create standards and tests of the degree of modular training and the need to control the technical level, especially when working with youth football. The importance of research to find a standard to assess the degree of the level of speed and accuracy of performance football and the research sample included 120 players from a community sample of junior clubs, industry, air, justice and Baghdad. The objective of this research to create a standard for the degree of performance tests of speed and accuracy of tactical football. The main conclusions of the research: - The normative scores had an important role in assessing and evaluating the level of performance, tactical football.
