| Abstract | ||
| An experiment was conducted in the private nursery in AL-Muthanna Province during the season 2012 to study the effect of five concentrations of Auxin Indole-3- butyric acid (0 , 25 , 50 , 100 , 150) ppm on growth and flowering perimeters of zinnia plant . This experiment conducted by Completely Randomized Design (C.R.D.) . Resulted showed that spraying IBA with concentration 100 g . L-1 increased significantly the number of leaf contents of, highest plant to 71.31 cm , stem stalk 0.98 cm , leaf number to 46.31 leaf . plant-1 , vegetative dry weight to 7.02 g , total chlorophyll to 30.31 mg . g-1 fresh weight , flower stalk diameter to 3.52 mm , flower diameter to 8.80 cm , flower dry 1.24 g and vase life to 3.65 day , as compared with the treatment values in the control treatment . | ||
