Abstract
Researchers and writers interested in human capital as one of the top five challenges facing human resource management in high costs, especially when you apply quality management systems and the urgent need to organize all of the innovation, creativity and knowledge work systematized. Therefore, the attached standard ISO 9001 great attention to human capital to reduce the high costs, through the creation of human resource, training and interest in him so that production efficiency and effectiveness, and organizations were required to be individuals organizers Macs that affect quality, qualified in terms of education, training, skills and experience.
