| Abstract The Research aimed to measuring the dimensions of organizational culture and its role to the project application of electronic management, It is achieved on a sample of managers in the sector of Higher Education - University of Maysan, It has been based on a basic hypothesis, that ((check the organizational culture with multiple variable correlation significant moral with project application of the electronic management)) , the researcher used the descriptive method in the theoretical part, and statistical analysis in practical part, and developed for this purpose a questionnaire suitable for the nature of the research and goals. The research point out many conclusions, the most important of which ((culture, organizational, prevailing in the organization examined, characterized by force and coherence as it came highly significance level (important) on an area of the scale. The research concluded with number of recommendations was the most important (initiative Avenue towards the establishment of the electronic University that include specialties in the management of e-business and knowledge management, information and computer technology and software. | ||
