Abstract
Energy is an important fuel for indispensable for industry and agriculture and transportation and machinery and equipment used in the education sector, health, trade, and this energy is a private oil fifth element of the factors of production in addition to elements of labor and capital, land and regulation and this production without power almost to stop, they constitute a key element for the production of various commodities consumer and productivity necessary household and family and the various sectors and household appliance uses, note reached the proportion of the population who do not have access to the minimum energy consumption of 20% for the year 2011 in Iraq.
