| Europe occupied a large part of the concerns of political thought in the period Russian Tsarist and Soviet-era and then in the present era of the Russian Federation. in spite of this importance in Russian, but he swings between wonder for the European model during the reign of the Caesars, and the desire to control the European continent during the political cover up of communism in the Soviet rule. In the current period, visions and perceptions about the ranges of the trend are still unclear because the perceptions of Russian leaders after the transition to democracy looks different about the manners to be adopted in relations with Europe. | ||
