Abstract
Involving the economic policies of the State of the Arab-Islamic in its time the first high level of consistency and the right and responsibility and not bona fide desire equitable distribution of overall revenue because they were inspired by those policies inspired by the Koran first and procedures Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) came to express credibility and fairness and integrity in dealing chargewith Quranic texts and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and its applications in the overall developments have taken place in the areas of social and economic development of the Islamic state. Islam came to the views and ideas of outstanding economic بزت what came before the laws, procedures and position overlooked the human side and burdened people and weary from the intensity taxes on farmers and employers Trades and Crafts, especially in the Middle Ages that preceded Islam, which was claimed by and share their wealth of both the Byzantines and Persians Sassanids.
