| Election is a popular decision to choose who represent them in the decision, It’s a political participation to attaining common benefit for people and government .this election process pass through several steps to appoint at the end political ingredient take executive task for (4) years coming . choose the government in Iraq not stand on only democratic mechanisms begging of choose the people the electors through the election , but the need for the depositing insider and political agreeableness forcing new situated that is (agreeableness democratic) , and its become necessary matter because the ethnical forming for the Iraqi society. And because the national exigency to protect the national level , engraining the democratic principle . continuo this democratic approach don’t give any way to return the dictator system by adherence the people and government to go by guaranty steps no backing away . this actually happening by wile and resolve to true aldermanic represent with Arabic and regional check who approve the correct the result with small breaches not effect on the final results .
