| Abstract | ||
| The rich heritage is a link between a glorious past and a present that benefits and absorbs from this great legacy with all required capabilities and capacities and tools. Arabs before Islam knew commercial transactions such as companies speculation, mortgage, leasing and purchase. Some kinds of those transactions, that must be present in every community, were favored by Islam while others were forbidden. | ||
