Abstract
Just as the U.S. occupation of Iraq was not done but through an organized military operation that has had all the requirements for success including the potential that the occupying States have such as military superiority and logistical and financial support, these forces are trying to make their survival continues despite facing troubles that they try to avoid by organizing their presence in various supports to facilitate the work of these forces and provide all means of protection and immunity from the legal liabilityat present and future.
