| American Civil War were not an emergency event in international politics but the outbreak major event cause paralysis of international economic relations in Europe and the new world , in view of the United States posed a major source of raw materials upon which Western European countries, especially Britain and France. Most of European countries adopted the position in this war on the attitude of both France and Britain, so we chose a study France's stance in this war, which lasted from 1861-1865. | ||
