| Abstract | ||
| Dubai development experience seems at first glance an outstanding example in the arab region which received so much praise and interest .Dubai managed and succeedd to become a financial, commercial ,and tourist center at a global level , thanks to the huge investment in the infrastructure , great administrative facilities and tax free policies , with taking advantage at the same time of global economic prosperity and relatively easy finance and borrowing. Dubai succeeded , to the large extent , to become a model similar to Singapore and Hong Kong , which attract many countries to follow. In fact it is not estimated for Dubai development model to continue smoothly without shocks, as all beautiful things in the life,It become clear after the ongoing international economic and financial crisis that exploded in August 2008 The research is an attempt to analyze and diagnose briefly the most important positive and negative , strengths and weakness associated with this fantastic development experience. | ||
