| Abstract | ||
| The research rights of persons with disabilities who are a class of human beings suffering from a lack of potential physical, mental or sensory or psychological, as the rights of such persons had been neglected for a period of time did not give the international community enough attention by, and there were no legal provisions binding about their rightswithin societies in which they live, and although there have been signs to indicate this category and concern for them through some ads in the seventies of the twentieth century, however, that these ads were not her recipe mandatory, and after that shown experiences and the reality on the category of persons with special needsto Aihsalon human commensurate with their special status initiated by the United Nations since 2003 to work on the elaboration of an international convention on the rights of these people and this scored in 2007 and which came into force in 2008, and this research addresses the rights of people with this Convention. | ||
