| الإسبانيةThis study is concerned with the law applicable to occupational injuries and diseases that occur during the implementation of the International Decade for Action. It should be noted that the study takes into account the idea of the International Decade in general and the International Decade for Action, in particular. Has been divided this study into three sections. Eat first subjecting the International Decade for Action to contract law. While eating the second theory of substantive focus of the International Decade for Action. Finally, the third section dealt with subordination of the International Decade for Action with the application rules necessary and that can be adapted as a rules of jus police. | ||
