| Abstract | ||
| Constitution addresses the type system of governance and the legal status of the international state, shape and shows the terms of reference the three powers in the state, legislative, executive and judiciary and the relationship between them and provides for the rights and public freedoms and safeguards necessary to protect the Constitution at the top of the pyramid of the legal system in the country and above all the laws, regulations and instructions and has arranged Highnessthem all and transcends all public authorities in the state. Nor should any law or regulation or instructions to be provisions in conflict with constitutional provisions, executive authority that were not realized and their actions and decisions are consistent and provisions of the Constitution promised illegal and freedom of cancellation as it is imperative for the legislature not to enact legislation contrary to the provisions of the Constitution and only considered legislation illegal and judged unconstitutional and void. | ||
