| Filling a snitcase is one legal means of rights protection through which a verdict can be made against an intruder. But in some cases a person may be harmed, though he is neither the claimant, nor the defendant. As this person is not related to the whole matter, law has endowed him with the use of a special appeal against a verdict that has been issued and has affected a third party. | ||
