| The issue of subordination of the President to eliminate the sensitive political topics because it attaches the highest executive authority exists in the country but the political changes that gripped Iraq after 2003, and the passing of the Constitution of 2005 which had a significant impact on the legal reality, including elaboration of a text emphasizes the principles of democracy on the rights and freedoms in addition to the obvious desire of the legislature to establish a state based on respect for law and its application violates the right of each of its provisions or violates the Constitution has been stressed on the necessity of subordination of the President of the judiciary and the systems which we will try out in this research. | ||
