| Abstract | ||
| Generally, the Arbitration is the best method that judges the commercial cases, and there is a special treatment to Arbitration when the banks give their costumers the bank’s guarantee. The most important guarantee is the guarantee premiere demands. We can define it when the costumers say to the bank to obligate to pay some money to another person without any conditions throw will some time which written in the premier. We divide this scientific research into to parts. The first part we named it the effect of Arbitration condition on the guarantee premier demands. And we research in it the effect of premier demands on the basic contract and on the guarantee of the judgment of Arbitration as a paper to make the money of the guarantee premier demands as free pay it to the customers. We can make more suggestions and more results in this research. The most important suggestion is it more necessary that the parts of contract must go to the authorities of Arbitration to make end to their commercial cases, generally, and their banks cases, specially. | ||
