| This research deals with significant obligations to maritime carrier that he should be provided vessel able to carry the cargo according to characteristics of the vessel itself, then the seaworthiness contain from two sides: the first is, material seaworthiness to the ship itself that it ready to undergo the usual maritime perils and it should be available on its board sufficient and trained crew in addition to has documentation assist her to leave ports enter to it. Another side is cargoes a worthy indicate to fit vessel with the concern cargo. The international conventions focus on the maritime liability of the carrier in connection with the duty of the seaworthiness whether in rules of Hague and Visby or in Hamburg rules. | ||
