| Seeks many coaches and athletes to better and faster ways to help get rid of fatigue, if the speed of restoration of most of the indicators, functional and long exist in connection with the straight with the ability to work, the more the ability to work higher and higher the occurrence of changes during the operational period of the largest and therefore the speed of recovery more . as good food helps to keep the efficient performance of high and worked to restore the recovery in the break between the interior of the race and training modules and beyond. So is the importance of research in the study of fatigue muscle being one of the key topics of interest to coaches, players and administrators as a constraints athletic performance and one reasons for sports injuries, and sought researchers to experiment with some of the ways hospital to get rid of the manifestations of fatigue and therefore the development of the efficiency of the physical with the players in badminton. The study aimed to identify the impact of the curriculum food - Hospital to get rid of fatigue and increase the efficiency of physical performance in badminton players. And use the experimental method on a sample of the number of women badminton players (12) for the player, the sample was divided randomly by lot into three groups: 1 - the experimental group the first bed to take a nap for half an hour after the training module and number of four players. 2 - the second experimental group take a cup of syrup Gansing half an hour after the training module and number of four players. 3 - The third experimental group takes 100 grams of mixed nuts (almonds + Kazuo + nut) half an hour after the training module and number of four players. After applying the curriculum of food and medical researchers found that the group took a nap sleep was the best development of the group that addressed the nuts followed by the group that took a drink Gansing. Recommends, therefore, the attention of the rest periods through the use of different therapeutic methods to get rid of fatigue and develop the efficiency of physical performance. | ||
