| Abstract Erlang distribution is considered one of the important distribution which has wide application in queue theory for being a distribution of the sum of exponential variables, which with Erlang distribution function are used in different fields and application for instance, time interval of individual calls at a specific extension are exponentially distributed thus the consecutive calls are Erlang distributed. In this research, scale parameter is being estimated for Erlang distribution using Bayes method depending Jeffrey's method then enhanced in Jeffrey's information as a second method, then risk function which have been used by " AL- Bayati" in Weibull distribution as a third method.Several adjustments then made on this function to make other several methods(fourth, fifth and sixth methods) using sample sizes of( 25, 50 ,100).Results showed the superiority of the second Bayes method on other methods. | ||
