| Abstract | ||
| The national economy comprises several economical sectors. One of the most important one is the industrial sector which is the considered the leading and pivotal sector in the development construction. Therefore, the operation of industrialization is considered the central issue of the political and economical policies of any country. The investment of this sector usually comprises a big ratio of the investment budget of the country. Consequently, the economical wisdom necessitates that the distribution of the industrial firms should be scientific in order to achieve the economical resources: domestic and foreign ( human , material and financial ) and to satisfy the desire and aims of the political and economical authorities of achieving the economical and social welfare and prosperity through the balance of the growth in all parts of the country taking the environmental condition of pollution and noise and provide the national protection for the strategic industries . All the above-mentioned can be achieving through the collection and distribution of the active factors in order to start building and distributing the industrial firms and follow the scientific methods of assigning the optional location of the industrial firms . | ||
