| Stock markets are considered to be one of means capable of stimulating economic growth. Its positive effect consists in providing necessary liquidity for investment decision and development which makes capital markets more attractive to investors seeking long run financing .From investors point of view, investing on stock markets gives they possibility of selling at any time and /or constructing a portfolio that yields higher returning. this view, or study will be consenting on the efficiency .Its conceptual framework ,its importance and characteristics. Then we will analysis the efficiency of Arab stock markets by study its general indicator. Barriers marking it less efficiency ,and different ways enabling these markets to have sustainable place and being more effective and more efficiency . | ||
