| Abstract | ||
| The school spirit administrative leadership, and proper organization of management makes it easy administrative leadership, but this is not enough for the success of the educational institution (school). Leadership of the social phenomena that distinguish human from other organisms. The research aims to: 1 - identify the leadership behavior of school principals prep center of Baquba, from the point of view of their teachers and Madrsathm. 2 - Get EDM with school principals prep center of Baquba, from the point of view of their teachers and Madrsathm. 3 - Get leadership behavior of school principals prep center of Baquba and its relationship to the administrative management from the point of view of their teachers and Madrsathm. The researchers used the descriptive style screening for relevance of the objectives and the research problem. The research sample included the (100) and a school teacher from junior high school to the center of Baquba, chosen randomly. The researchers found the following conclusions: 1 - The leadership behavior to prep school principals of great importance in promoting administrative relations between the administration and teachers on the one hand and between them and the students on the other hand. 2 - Shares leadership behavior at prep school principals Baquba Development Center EDM have and from the point of view of their teachers. 3 - need to focus on leadership behavior at all school principals and the promotion of democratic behavior they have and encourage exercise within the school, either with their teachers or their students. | ||
