| Abstract | ||
| The idea of encompassing the consumer with legal protection is not a new idea or related just with the contracts of e.commerce .As the consumer - whatever was the contract neads the peotection where the other party of the contract is a professional trader , because the later has the expertise and economic ability which the consumer does not have, and that effects on the balance of the contract and makes it necessary to protect the week party which is the consumer .But this idea is raised again in the field of e.commerce contract , because the consumer in this contracts deal with a person unknown to him and the consumer does not know where his residence , and that adds to the excusis of consumer protection a new excusis , which need to find out the legal framework of consumer protection according to this new excusis . And this is the aim of this paper. | ||
