| Abstract | ||
| The small and middle industries regarded one of the important economical sectors that took noticeable importance in all over the world for their big role in production , employment , icome management , innovation, and technological progress . They also have a role in achiving the social and economical aims for all countries . Both the small and middle industries compose the percentage of 85% of the total number of the working transformational factories in the countries of Gulf cooperation council . These industries also face many problems and obstacles cause to their unsettlement state from one country to another within the council . For that purpose the current research was written to identify to identify the nature of these industries from the point of studying their concept , their importance , and their state inside the countries of Gulf cooperation council . In addition to studying the challenges facing the development of these industries in the current technological development and the effect of globalization on it. | ||
