Abstract
In this study, phenolic compounds had been extracted from green tea (camella sineses) and their effects on Rhodotorulla sp. Inhibited the growth at %87 in 400 mgml and %62 at 100 mgml and the effect of nystatin was 100 mgml with %72 as alone. In concentration 50 mgml the ratio was %63. The study showed the corresponding in various degrees and inhibited the growth of fungi. In concentration 100 mgml with %80 and it didn’t has any effect on 50, 25 mgml and it was antagonism between phenolic and nystatin.
