Abstract
هدف البحث الى :- قياس درجة تماسك الجماعة لدى طلبة السنة الدراسية المنتهية في كلية التربية الرياضية ، وكليات (الهندسة ، وطب الأسنان ، والتربية) في جامعة الموصل .- التعرف الى الفروق في درجة تماسك الجماعة بين طلبة السنة الدراسية المنتهية في كلية التربية الرياضية ، وطلبة كليات(الهندسة ، وطب الأسنان ، والتربية) في جامعة الموصل .واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب السببي المقارن لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث ، واشتملت عينة البحث على طلبة السنة الدراسية المنتهية للعام الدراسي (2007 - 2008) في كلية التربية الرياضية ، وكليات (الهندسة ، وطب الاسنان ، والتربية) ، بمجموع كلي قدره (260) طالب وطالبة ، وتم استخدام مقياس تماسك الفريق الرياضي ، والمعد من قبل (علاوي ، 1998) كاداة لجمع البيانات ، واستخدمت الوسائل الاحصائية الآتية : (المتوسط الحسابي ، والانحراف المعياري ، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط لـ (بيرسون) ، واختبار(ت) لعينة واحدة ، وتحليل التباين ، وقيمة اقل فرق معنوي (L.S.D) ، والمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس ، والنسبة المئوية .واستنتج الباحث ما ياتي :- طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية ، وطلبة كليات (الهندسة ، وطب الاسنان ، والتربية) في جامعة الموصل بصورة عامة يتمتعون بدرجة تماسك جماعة ايجابي يعطيهم الدافع للعطاء والعمل معا من اجل النجاح في حياتهم الجامعية .- يوجد اختلاف في درجة تماسك الجماعة بين طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية ، وطلبة كليات (الهندسة ، وطب الأسنان ، والتربية) في جامعة الموصل .- طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية كانوا افضل من طلبة كليتي (الهندسة ، والتربية) بدرجة تماسك الجماعة .- طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية كانوا متساوين مع طلبة كلية طب الاسنان بدرجة تماسك الجماعة .The research aims at being acquainted with • The degree of group cohesion between graduate students of physical education college and other colleges of engineering , dentistry, and education at the university of Mosul• The degree of difference of group cohesion level between graduate-collegiate students of physical education and other colleges of engineering, dentistry and education at the university of MosulThe descriptive method with causal comparative style was used since it is convenient to the nature of the research. The sample included 260 male and female graduate students of the academic year of (2007-2008) of physical education college and other colleges of engineering , dentistry and education at the university of Mosul. The scale of athletic team cohesion by Allawi was used as instrument to collect data. The mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, one sample “t” test, ANOVA, LSD, proposed mean of the scale and percentage were used to analyze the data statistically. The researcher concludes the following: • Students of physical education and other colleges of engineering, dentistry and education at the university of Mosul have a positive group cohesion level giving them a motivation to try their best and to work together for success in college .• There is a difference in group cohesion level between graduate students of physical education college and other colleges at the university of Mosul .• Students of physical education college were better than students of colleges of engineering and education in the group cohesion level .• Students of physical education college were equal with the students of college of dentistry in the group cohesion level .
