Abstract
هدف البحث الى :- بناء وتطبيق مقياس التوافق الاكاديمي لطلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل .- التعرف على مستوى التوافق الاكاديمي لدى طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل .استخدم المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث ، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل للعام الدراسي (2007-2008) ، والبالغ عددهم (693) طالبا وطالبة ، اما عينة البحث الاساسية فقد بلغت (470) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية من مجتمع البحث ، وتم تقسيم عينة البحث الى عينتين منهم (306) طلاب كعينة بناء وبنسبة (65%) ، و(164) طالبا وطالبة كعينة تطبيق وبنسبة (35%) من عينة البحث الاساسية ، واستخدم الباحث مقياس التوافق الاكاديمي لطلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل الذي قام ببنائه في هذه الدراسة ، وتضمنت إجراءات البناء : (التجربة الاستطلاعية الاولى للمقياس ، وصياغة فقرات كل مجال بصورتها الاولية ، والصدق الظاهري للمقياس ، والتجربة الاستطلاعية الثانية للمقياس، وصدق البناء (التحليل الاحصائي للفقرات) باسلوبي المجموعتين المتطرفتين، والاتساق الداخلي ، والثبات بطريقة اعادة الاختبار) ، واقتصرت الوسائل الاحصائية على : معامل الارتباط البسيط لـ(بيرسون) ، واختبار(ت) لعينتين مستقلتين ولعينة واحدة ، والمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس .توصل الباحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات هي كالأتي :- تم بناء مقياس التوافق الاكاديمي لطلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل .- ان طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل بصورة عامة يتمتعون بمستوى توافق اكاديمي ايجابي يعطيهم الدافع للعطاء والتفاعل مع بيئتهم الدراسية ، ومن ثم النجاح في الحياة الدراسية في المجتمع الجامعي .The study aimed at:- Constructing and applying an academic adjustment scale of the students at the college of Physical education University of Mosul.- Expounding the level of academic adjustment among students at the College of Physical Education at the University of Mosul .The descriptive survey method was utilized because it was appropriate for the nature of the study . The population of the study were the students of the College of Physical Education at the University of Mosul for the academic year (2007-2008) . The number of students were (693) both male and female . The study sample consisted of (470) male and female student from the College of Physical Education selected on purpose from the population of the study . The sample was divided into two groups in which (306) male and female students (65%) represented the constructing group and (164) male and female students (35%) represented the application group . The researcher used the academic adjustment scale constructed in the study for students at the College of Physical Education at the University of Mosul . The construction procedure included : (first investigation test of the scale , initial forming of the items of each field , determining the apparent truth of the scale , second investigation test of the scale , validity of construction (statistical analysis of items) using the two extreme groups method , internal consistency and reliability by Test - Re Test Method) . The statistical tools used in this study were confined to : Pearson's simple correlation coefficient , T-test for two independent samples and for single sample , and the hypothetical mean . The researcher concluded the following : - Constructing an academic adjustment scale for students at the College of Physical Education at the university of Mosul- Students at the College of Physical Education have a level of academic adjustment that motivates them to produce and interact with the study environment Which leads to success in the University .
