| Abstract | ||
| The results of eco labeling for some canned foods that collected from locally markets in May 2009 refer to large different in information for canned, and showed expire samples. The results of microbial contamination detection were clear in A1, A5, A8 samples, but the total count for A2, A3, A4, A6, A7, A9, A10, A11, A13 samples were 8x102, 1x104, 3x101, 2x101, 4x103, 1x101,3x102, 6x103, 7x102 cfu/ml respectively, the number of coliform bacteria were 7x101, 25x101 and 6x101 cfu/ml in A10, A11 and A13 samples respectively, the number of Staphylococcus aureus were 1x101 cfu/ml in A2 samples, while the other samples were clear, the all samples were clear from Salmonella, but the results were showed yeast and mold contamination in the A6, A7, A10, A11, A12, A13 samples and the cfu/ml of these samples were 1x101, 2x102, 2x101, 1x101, 3x102, 5x101 respectively, while the other samples were clear from this contamination, all samples were clear from toxic minerals like Pb, As and Hg. | ||
