| Abstract | ||
| In this paper, Prepared ZnO Nanostructure thin flims were synthesized via chemical bath deposition method in the reaction temperature of 70°C without any posterior treatments. Zinc nitrate hexahydrate (Zn(NO3)2.6H2O) were adopted as synthesis precursors and the production of ZnO nanostructures occurred in few hours. The ZnO nanostructures obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD,AFM,UV), hexagonal structure ZnO films with grain sizes between 22nm. The transmission film 90%, morphology and optical properties of the film were also studied. | ||
