Abstract
Summary :- The Arab relations - being Chinese relations is of great significance are relationships due to long-standing, and have an impact (historical, economic, political, social, diplomatic, and others) to both sides, China and converge with the Arabs in the economy over politics And mutual respect and close cooperation and supports the and endorsements Standing -between the two parties, necessary to achieve their goals, Arab countries seek to achieve its objectives, which include :- 1-get a strong ally. 2-Get a partner supporter of international issues. 3-Get a partner to buy arms. 4-get a trading partner, and the field of mutual investment. 5-get political partner. As China seeks to achieve its goals also include :- 1-Oil and Gas. 2-trade and attract Arab capital to invest in China. 3-get a major stake in reconstruction projects in the Arab countries. 4-get support in international. 5-get support in the areas of Chinese new employment. 6-to strengthen political cooperation and scientific and technological cooperation between China and the Arabs. Although targets parties but their relationship faces obstacles represented them, China's relations with (Israel) and other obstacles other, despite its relations with other countries, but it proved its goodwill towards the Arabs, and evidence that its close relationship with the Arabian Gulf and walk their relationship with the Arabs forward to get to the level of live up sides (China and the Arabs) in their relationship and that aspire to a prosperous future prospects and advanced for both parties And dealing with the premise of that emergence and develop Arab relations - Chinese and constants in the positions of the parties, and the goals and constraints faced by their relationship, and be addressed to the Sino - Gulf as a model for Arab relations with China, and finally get to the future of relations sides (Arabs and China)
