| Abstract | ||
| تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى:1. تصميم برنامج باستخدام الحاسوب لقياس الضغوط النفسية لدى لاعبي كرة السلة 2. التعرف على الفروق بين المتوسط النظري وإجابات أفراد عينة البحث في كل محور من محاور مقياس الضغوط لنفسية (الاستعداد البدني، الطاقة النفسية، نمط الشخصية، الضغوط الإدارية، الضغوط الاجتماعية ) لدى لاعبي كرة السلة. واجري البحث على عينة من تألفت من(12) لاعب يمثلون منتخب جامعة الموصل بكرة السلة وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام مقياس الضغوط النفسية المعد من قبل (الغريري، 2006). واستنتج الباحثان:1. فاعلية استخدام البرنامج المعد لقياس الضغوط النفسية لدى لاعبي كرة السلة .2. يعاني لاعبو كرة السلة من ضغوط الاستعداد البدني والطاقة النفسية.وأوصى الباحثان:1. اعتماد البرنامج المعد في تقدير درجة الضغوط النفسية المختلفة الواقعة على كاهل لاعبي كرة السلة .2. إجراء اختبارات نفسية وبصورة مستمرة ودورية لتقييم درجة الضغوط النفسية التي يعاني منها لاعبو كرة السلة.1. Designing a program using computers for the measurement of psychological of basketball players. 2. Revealing the differences between theoretical means of scales and sample response on psychological stress scales (physical preparation, psychological energy, personality type، administrative stress, social stress) of basketball players. The sample of the study was consisted of (12) players who play in Mousl university basketball team, and the data was collected through the psychological stress inventory was adapted from (Al Goreary 2006 )The Researchers concludes :1. Efficiency of the program designed in the measurement of the psychological stress of basketball players. 2. basketball players suffer from stress physical of preparation and psychological energy stress.The researchers recommends the following:1. Using the program designed to estimate the degree of various psychological stress of basketball players.2. the application of psychological tests , periodically to estimate the degree of psychological stress on basketball players. | ||
