Abstract
اضطراب الشخصية الحدية (البينية) Borderline من الاضطرابات التي حظيت باهتمام الباحثين والدارسين في علم النفس والطب النفسي تنظيرا وقياسا . وهذا الاهتمام كان وراء ظهور العديد من النظريات والتعريفات حول بنية هذه الشخصية ، من جهة ، ووراء ظهور الاهتمام بالوسائل والإجراءات لقياس هذا النمط من الشخصية من جهة أخرى . وتكمن أهمية البحث الحالي في تكييف أداة تشخصية جديدة لواقع البيئة المحلية من خلال توفير أداة تساعد العاملين في الحقل السريري لفهم وتشخيص هذه الحالة المرضية . كما تكمن أهمية البحث في الاعتماد على نظرية أخذت دورها بين نظريات مختلفة لفهم طبيعة وديناميات هذه الشخصية وهي نظرية Kerenberg . وقد حاول الباحث ، بتواضع ، ان يقدم صورة موجزة لأبعاد هذه النظرية ، كما قدم عرضا لوسائل القياس التي ظهرت حديثا في هذا المجال . كما عرض الباحث ايضا عددا من الدراسات السابقة والمتغيرات التي درست مع تلك الشخصية . كذلك استهدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى مدى انتشار هذا النمط من الشخصية بين طلبة الجامعة، لأن البحث الحالي ، هو من البحوث الجديدة في البيئة المحلية ، وقد استخدم الباحث عددا من الوسائل الإحصائية كمعامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين أفراد العينة وفق متغيري الجنس والتخصص في هذا النمط من الشخصية . كما قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات والتي من شأنها تطوير البحث ووسيلة القياس المستخدمة في دراسات لاحقة محلية ومقارنة .The individual acute (borderline) disturbance is one of the disturbances that the attention of scholars and researchers in psychology & psychological medicine regarding to prediction and measurement . This attention was behind the appearance of many theories and conceptions about the building of this kind of character on the one hand and appearance of various measurement tools for this kind one the other . The current research is interested in adapting a new personalizing tool or means for the reality of the local environment through providing a measurement tool that helps workers in the clinical field to understand and diagnose this morbid case . The importance of this research can be shown in the dependence on another theory that has a vital role in understanding the dynamic nature of this character which is called " Kerenberg " theory . The researcher attempted – modestly - to present a brief summary of the dimensions of this theory , along with a presentation of the measurement tools that appeared recently in this field . The researcher also reviewed a number of previous studies and variables that have been studied along with this character . The research used a number of statistical means as liaison correlation coefficient "Person " and t-test to know the differences amongst these samples (sex– specialization) in this kind of character . The researcher also presented a number of suggestions and recommendation that could provide the value of the research and used measurement tool in future studies whether it is local or comparative .
