| Abstract | ||
| With the expansion of technical and interaction network with advanced technology accelerated the shift towards digitization of information, knowledge and communication interfaces and display through web pages. As fever, accelerated competition among institutions of different types and between individuals themselves on the design of targeted sites to serve as a standard in the order of those institutions, including universities and educational programs and e-government. Of course everyone in the expectation measures the quality and services of those sites, and because it is digital, and the fact that communication with them and use a default manner, it is no longer performance measures based on explicit data commensurate with the nature of the data sites and the digital divide. Prompted the need to provide many of the efforts and experiences in the process of assessment, analysis and developed several concepts, including (Informatics, Scientometrics & Cybermetrics) and other performance measures that are working with the digital environment. In a study to demonstrate the Concept (Webometrics) and study the nature of his relationship with other concepts. It also aims to identify the beginnings of writing in these domains and limited the intellectual productions and applied the bibliometric analysis on two levels: • The first substantive level: through the application of the Bradford law to determine the focal patrols in each area and the application of Lotka’s law to demonstrate the productivity of authors in these domains. In addition to distributions of time and determine the types of information sources in each domains. • The second level addresses Periodicals focal by measuring the (Impact Factors); (Immediacy Index) and (Cited Half-Life). The study applied the systems (JCR), (SCOPUS) as tools to search for the required data. | ||
